FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is situated within the biggest industrial location within northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, various types of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.
The business started crane production in 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently makes and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for various uses and there are models available to cover all construction requirements.
Some models offer really flexible lifting options for businesses that are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated near each other.
